Take a small amount of cream and begin the application from the bottom of your body. Massage your skin to ensure the nourishing ingredients penetrate well. Be more generous on dry areas like feet, knees, hands, and elbows. Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Our products are not formulated and tested for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
