Preparation of the Stick:
Ensure your Avril refillable stick is clean. If previously used, remove the old refill and rinse the stick thoroughly with warm water. Allow it to dry upside down.

Inserting the Refill:
Carefully insert the new lip balm refill into the clean stick. Ensure it is securely in place to prevent any movement during application.

Applying the Balm:
Glide the stick over your lips, covering them fully for optimal hydration. Reapply as needed throughout the day.

Refill Replacement:
Once your refill is depleted, remove it from the stick and repeat the process with a new refill. It’s that simple!

Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our shop, you will receive a confirmation by email. 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in like-new condition with tags and original packaging, if applicable.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
