Rub the shampoo directly onto wet scalp and hair or lather the shampoo in your hands with water and apply the foam to the scalp. Massage to create lather, then rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Note: Your hair may require an adjustment period to fully benefit from the advantages of using a solid shampoo if you are accustomed to using liquid shampoo. This is completely normal!
